Placing An Order
We accept credit card and bank account payment by PayPal. We also accept Direct Deposit from Australian customers only. You will be given these payment options at checkout and payment is required immediately. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and twistedviolet.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Cancellation Of Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.

Out Of Stock Items
Our site always aims to give you a real-time indication of whether an item is/is not available. If an error occurs and an item is found to be out of stock after your purchase has been made, we will notify you as soon as possible. At this point you have the option of having the item fully refunded (to the original method of payment), or of exchanging to another item of the same value.
