Shipping - Cost and Time
During the checkout process you will see the following Flat Rate (regardless of order total) delivery options:
- Australian Flat Rate Post -$6.00 (per order)
3-5 working days
- Australian Express Post -$8.50 (per order)
2-3 working days
- International Flat Rate -$15 (per order)
7-20 working days
*Please note that the only TRACEABLE service within Australia is Express Post. For the small extra charge we highly recommend this service as not only do you receive your order faster, we can trace your parcel if it does go missing within the postal service.
*International delivery is via Air Mail, and can take between 7-20 working days. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please check your local post office.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, and the parcel will not fit in your letterbox, parcels are taken your the local post office. A calling card should be left by the delivery person.
Jewellery is shipped in a presentation box surrounded with tissue paper, and then packed into a mailing bag or box.
